Immanent Labs provides software infrastructure for private archiving, cataloging, and critical analysis of artworks through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) models.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

Users retain full copyright and ownership of the images and text uploaded. By uploading, you grant Immanent Labs a limited license for the sole purpose of processing, displaying, and analyzing content to provide the Service. Your content will not be sold or used for training public models.

4. AI Analysis Disclaimer

• AI-generated analysis is for artistic and educational purposes only.
• The feedback does not constitute a financial valuation or legal authentication certificate.
• We assume no liability for decisions made by the user based on these results.

5. Payments and Tokens

Transactions are managed entirely by app store gateways (Apple/Google). Refund policies are subject to their specific Terms of Service. Virtual tokens have no monetary value outside the application.

6. Acceptable Use

Prohibited actions include uploading illegal material, copyright infringement of third parties, or datasets designed to manipulate or compromise our AI models (adversarial attacks).

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Immanent Labs shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
